Everything from the first conversation to construction support. We start with discovery and site analysis, develop schematic concepts, refine the design with 3D modeling, then produce the construction documents and permit drawings your contractor and Kitsap County need. During construction we stay involved to answer questions and review the work against the drawings.
Yes. Permit documents and management are part of the service. We prepare the drawings and supporting documents the county requires, submit them, and respond to plan-review comments on your behalf. How long review takes depends on the county and the project, so we focus on what we control: a complete, code-compliant submittal on the first pass.
Our studio is on Front Street in Poulsbo, and most of our projects are in Kitsap County — Poulsbo, Bainbridge Island, Silverdale, Bremerton and Port Orchard — along with work elsewhere in Washington. If you are outside Kitsap County, we usually start with a video call.
Yes. We are a residential and commercial design studio. On the residential side that means custom homes, remodels, additions and ADUs; on the commercial side it means offices, retail, restaurants and mixed-use buildings. We design; a contractor builds. We do not act as the general contractor, but we coordinate closely with yours — or introduce you to contractors we have worked with — and we provide construction support through the final walkthrough, answering questions and checking the work against the drawings.
Yes. Design development includes 3D modeling and rendering, so you can see the layout, materials and light before anything is drawn for construction. It is far easier to move a wall on screen than on site.
If you are not sure what your property allows — zoning, setbacks, critical areas or ADU rules — a feasibility study answers that before you commit to full design. If you already own a straightforward lot, or you are remodeling, we can usually start at discovery.
